Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on www.secondchancestyles.com are in Australian Dollars (AUD). When applicable, GST is included in the displayed price of all items. Pricing may be changed at our discretion and without notice. Payment for an item may be made by credit card, debit card or PayPal.

Cancelling an Order

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day. Following dispatch, we do not accept returns or refunds. Please refer to our returns and refunds policy for more information.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, unfortunately we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind or items that do not fit.

If you receive an incorrect item, or believe that an item is significantly different to as displayed on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange for return/refund of that item. We do not accept refunds or returns through our warehouse.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Shipping

We use third-party shipping companies (“Carrier”) to send items from, and to receive items at our warehouse, in accordance with the terms and conditions between us and any such Carrier. We choose to work with Australia Post to facilitate the booking and delivery of parcels.

A flat rate shipping fee of $7.95 is applied to all orders $75 and under. The total Shipping Fee will be visible before making the payment for the shipment. The Shipping Fee only applies to shipments to addresses within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

Product Colour Portrayal

All items listed for sale are photographed against a white background and with consistent photographic lighting sources. Please be aware that, due to a wide variety of computer monitor and device screen settings, true colours of items may not be accurately reflected and may affect the way items appear. Second Chance Styles cannot be held responsible for any colour discrepancies by interpretation.
